Vineyard & Winery Event Restroom Rental in Newberg and Dundee
Our trucks are already on vineyard properties in the Dundee Hills and Chehalem Mountains through the growing season. Most of that is field sanitation for the crews who work the rows — portable restrooms and handwash stations that move with the work from pruning through harvest.
The other half of wine country is the events. Weddings on the terrace, harvest dinners between the rows, crush parties, release weekends, club pickups. Those need something different from a field unit, and that’s what this page is about.
What a vineyard event needs
Vineyard events are harder on restrooms than their headcount suggests. Guests are there for hours, there’s wine throughout, and the nearest permanent facility is often the tasting room, which was built for a Tuesday afternoon, not two hundred people on a Saturday.
Most wine-country events land in one of three shapes:
Weddings and private celebrations: typically 60 to 300 guests, six hours or more, where the restroom is part of how the day feels. This is what our luxury restroom trailers are for.
Harvest dinners, tastings and release weekends: shorter, often smaller, sometimes spread across a property. A trailer, deluxe units, or a mix, depending on where guests gather.
Festivals and open-house weekends: larger crowds moving through, where volume and placement matter more than finish. A combination of trailers, standard and deluxe units, ADA units and handwash stations.
Luxury restroom trailers
Climate-controlled, with flushing toilets, running water and finished interiors — the closest thing to an indoor restroom that can be towed up a vineyard drive.
| 2-stall trailer | 3-stall trailer | |
|---|---|---|
| Dimensions | 17 × 10 × 12 ft | 19 × 10 × 12 ft |
| Fresh water | 300 gallons | 300 gallons |
| Climate | Air conditioning and heat | Air conditioning and heat |
| Guest capacity | Roughly 150 over a six-hour event | Roughly 225 over a six-hour event |
| Power | One customer-supplied 30-amp, 120V circuit | One customer-supplied 30-amp, 120V circuit |
Sizing for wine events. Capacity figures assume a typical event. Wine service drives restroom use up, so for a six-hour reception with an open bar, size toward the next step: a 3-stall for a guest list in the 150s, and a trailer plus deluxe units once you’re past about 225.
The power requirement
Each trailer needs one 30-amp, 120V circuit within reach of where it’s placed. No generator is included.
This is the single thing most likely to derail a vineyard booking, so it’s worth checking early. Many winery event spaces have the circuit. Some have it at the tasting room but not where the ceremony is.
Before booking, confirm three things with the venue:
Is there a 30-amp, 120V outlet — not a standard household socket?
How far is it from where the trailer would sit?
Is anything else drawing on that circuit during the event — catering, lighting, sound?
If the answer to any of those is uncertain, tell us when you call. It’s far easier to solve before the day than on it.
Placing a trailer on a vineyard property
A vineyard isn’t a parking lot, and a trailer needs a few things a car park gives you for free.
Level ground. A reasonably level pad of about the trailer’s footprint plus working room around it.
Tow access. A route from the road wide and firm enough for a truck and trailer, with room to turn or back in.
Firm footing. Grass and gravel are fine in summer. After the first autumn rains, soft ground on a slope is a real consideration, and it’s one of the things our drivers look at when they walk the site.
Distance to power. Close enough to the 30-amp circuit to connect safely.
Distance from food. Set apart from catering and service areas, and ideally out of the main photo lines.
We’ll look at the placement with you before the event, and we’d rather move a trailer twenty feet at booking than find the problem at setup.
Accessibility
Accessibility needs are met with dedicated ADA portable restrooms, not with the trailers. The luxury trailers are climate-controlled and well finished, but they are not accessible units.
Our ADA portable restrooms have ground-level entry, a wider door, interior grab bars and floor space for a wheelchair to turn. For any event with guests who may need them, we’ll include ADA units alongside the trailer from the start — placed on firm, level ground with a clear path, not tucked out of sight.
Timing: crush season and wedding season
Wine country has two busy seasons, and they overlap.
Wedding season runs roughly May through October. Saturdays go first.
Crush runs September into October — the same weeks harvest dinners, crush parties and club events fill the calendar, and the same weeks our field units are busiest on the crews.
Book four to eight weeks ahead for most events. For a luxury trailer on a Saturday between May and October, allow two to three months. Trailer inventory is limited, and in autumn it’s competing with harvest demand across the whole valley.
One provider for the crews and the events
If you run a vineyard, there’s a good chance you already need both: field sanitation for the people working the rows, and something better for the people coming to drink the wine.
We do both. Field units on no contract, scaled up and down with the season, and servicing for equipment you already own — see farm and vineyard sanitation. And event trailers and deluxe units when the property opens its doors.
One call, one schedule, one team that already knows the property.
What to have ready when you call
The event: wedding, harvest dinner, tasting, festival
The date, and whether it’s a Saturday in season
Guest count and duration, and whether wine or a bar is served throughout
The property: address, and roughly where guests will gather
Power: whether there’s a 30-amp, 120V circuit, and how far from the likely placement
Access: how a truck and trailer would reach the spot
Accessibility: whether any guests may need ADA units
Straight answers
Do you provide restroom trailers for vineyard weddings in Newberg and Dundee?
Yes. We place 2-stall and 3-stall luxury restroom trailers for weddings and private events across the Newberg–Dundee wine country, alongside deluxe units, ADA portable restrooms and handwash stations as the event needs.
How many guests can a restroom trailer handle?
Roughly 150 for a 2-stall and roughly 225 for a 3-stall over a six-hour event. Wine and bar service increase restroom use, so for an event with drinks throughout, size toward the larger option or add deluxe units.
What power does a luxury restroom trailer need?
One 30-amp, 120V circuit, supplied by the venue or host, within reach of where the trailer sits. No generator is included. Confirm the circuit with your venue before booking.
Are the luxury trailers wheelchair accessible?
No. Accessibility needs are met with our dedicated ADA portable restrooms, which have ground-level entry, a wider door, grab bars and turning space. We include them alongside the trailer for any event with guests who may need them.
How far ahead should I book for a vineyard event?
Four to eight weeks for most events. For a luxury trailer on a Saturday between May and October — which overlaps both wedding season and crush — allow two to three months.
Can a trailer be placed on a sloped or grassy vineyard site?
Usually, provided there’s a reasonably level pad, firm ground and tow access from the road. Soft ground after autumn rain is the most common complication. We’ll look at the placement with you before the event.
Do you also provide sanitation for vineyard crews?
Yes — it’s most of the work we already do in wine country. Field units and handwash stations for harvest and pruning crews, on no contract, scaled with the season, plus servicing for units you already own.
