How Many Porta Potties Does Your Event Need?
The industry baseline is roughly one porta potty per 50–100 guests for a 4-hour event. A few things push that number up: longer events, events serving alcohol, events where food is central (people use restrooms more), and events without any permanent restrooms nearby. ADA Compliance for Public Events
Most public events are required to provide at least one wheelchair-accessible restroom, and permits often depend on it.
