Winter and Spring Markets in Western Oregon

We are finally in the shoulder season between winter and spring, which means local markets and small events will start cropping up all around our cities. With the extra sun, warmer temperatures, and local farmers bringing in more crops, it’s a great time to get out and explore nearby areas. To help you get to know your neighboring cities a bit better, we compiled some of our favorite winter and spring markets. Check them out and enjoy the bounty!

Markets in Portland, Oregon

Portland State University Market – Open every Saturday! Been missing a market? Then make a trip to Portland to stock up on goods. This market often has chef demonstrations and more, along with farm vendors, but take note: furry friends should not accompany you to this particular market.

If you want a comprehensive list of all of the markets in the greater Portland area and suburbs, then this site is for you. Note that many are not yet open, but it gives you a chance to plan. And if you’re a vendor, it’s a great place to see what spot might work for you.
